Terms and Conditions

  1. Get term and condition in your trip while confirming your booking. Term and condition in between Nepal Highland Treks and you may change in our different kinds of trekking and tours.  
  2. We take minimum trip advance amount from our clients for confirming the trip, in the case of our old clients and regular group leader trip advance amount is not require.
  3. We are flexible in cancellation; last hour cancellation may lose some amount because of cancellation of air ticket, cancellation of accommodation and so on. We will provide you proof to claim     

Booking procedure

Send your passport scan copy for your trip booking confirmation. We need your passport details or scan passport copy to make ready trekking permit, booking your domestic flights or issue permit and visa previously.

In our most of the trip, you have to fill up our company booking form. We also suggest bringing couples of passport size of pictures. We mostly need it for obtaining trekking permit and to obtain Tibet visa.


We can get your payment by credit card (Visa and Master), you can wire amount in our bank account or pay cash at your arrival. Cash could be your own currency or Nepalil rupees in converted rate. For your confirmation of booking, we may ask you to pay some advance payment. Amount is depending on kind of trip. We will suggest you the advance amount to pay while corresponding each other. Here is our online credit card payment system link.    

Cancellation policy

Most of our trips of Nepal are free cancelation; cancel it before a month time. There will be cancellation charge in some of our trip containing international flights, visa (in the case of Tibet and Bhutan trips). Nepal Highland treks provide our term and condition including cancellation policy in the time of confirmation any trips in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and Mount Kailash.
