    14 days Everest Base Camp Trekking is perfect itinerary with two days of well acclimatization on the way which help to reach Everest Base Camp and climb Kalapathar without any altitude sickness.     • Day 01:Arrival in Nepal, Tribhuban International airport and transfer to the Hotel. Trip preparation and

    • Day 01:Arrival in Nepal, Tribhuban International airport and transfer to the Hotel. Trip preparation and

      Welcome you in Kathmandu Tribhuban international airport. Representative from Nepal highland treks great and transfer you to the Hotel. It is recommend you arrival in Kathmandu is by mid-day so that you will have time to make preparation and final packing of your bag for trekking.

    • Day 02:Fly to Lukla (2,860m) and trek to Phakding (2652m – 4 Hours) Overnight at comfortable tea house

      Fly to Lukla from Kathmandu airport. It is about 20 minutes driving to domestic airport from your Hotel. 35 minutes flight is with tiny aircraft with 10 kilogram of your big bag and another 5 kilogram handbag. After arriving Lukla airport, start trekking to Phakding which is about 4 hours normal walking in flat. Stay overnight in at altitude of 2,860m. Trekking trail pass several typical villages, unique suspension bridge over Dudhkoshi River and scenic valleys.  

    • Day 03:Trek Phakding to Namche (3,440m – 6/7 Hours) Overnight at comfortable tea house

      Trekking to Namche Bazzar from Phakding. The trail today is about 5 hours. The first section of trail is flat up to long bridge over Dudhkoshi River. Cross Everest National park checking counter where your guide will make every formalities. Serious uphill begin rite after crossing the River up to beautiful Namche village 3,440m. Benkar village, Manjo and Jorsalle villages are point to explore. First view of Mt Everest can be see today from middle of uphill walking.

    • Day 04:Namche for acclimatization. Hike to Everest view point (4,000m) and back to Namche for overnight.

      Day in Namche at altitude of 3440 miters. Today is day for acclimatization. You will hike to best Everest view point Namche to Shyangboche village. Hike to Everest view point where one of the 5 star hotel lies. Opened in 1971, Hotel Everest View has been listed on the Guinness Book of World Records (2004) as the Highest Placed Hotel in the world at the altitude of 4,000 miters. Visit Beautiful Khumjung village, Hilary school and surroundings. Clear and close views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, Amadablam and others is clearly seen from morning till you be there. Back to Namche for overnight. It is much helpful on your body today reaching at 4000 meters and overnight at 3440m. Your body is ready to move higher. 

    • Day 05:Trek Namche to Tengboche Monastery (3,860m – 5/6 Hours) Overnight at comfortable tea house

      Trek Namche to Tengboche Monastery of 3,860m. Today is to reach more peaceful Himalayan village Tengboche. Huge and important monastery lies in the lope of Everest Himalaya in Tengboche. The trail first is relatively flat easy going for an hour. Another hour trekking is downhill and end is serious uphill till Tengboche. Tengboche Monastery also called Dawa Choling Gompa is permitted to visit by normal peoples in their certain hours. Sunrise drop to Mt Everest is best view from here.  

    • Day 06:Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m – 5/6 Hours) overnight at comfortable tea house

      Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m – 5/6 Hours): when you go from Tengboche to Dingboche that you get out of the forest and up into the rocky high country. The day will take you from 3,600 meter to 4,410 meter. From Tengboche, you start with a forested descent, passing through small villages and crossing a couple of suspension bridges. You will also pass through the large and ancient village Pangboche, home of a 16th Century monastery that has very famous relics. LegendNext, you’re mainly climbing, but the trail isn’t as steep as you did Namche Tengboche section. Many people are feeling the effects of altitude in Dingboche, this is the reason you will stay another day and night here to get altitude acclimatization.  

    • Day 07:Dingboche for acclimatization. Hiking around and overnight

      Dingboche for acclimatization. Hiking around and overnight. Dingboche is a remote and was traditionally a farming and summer posturing area for Sherpas. From Dingboche to the left lies Mt. Everest Base Camp, the destination for most people in the area. Up the valley to the right lies Imja Tse (Island Peak), a well-known and often-climbed trekking peak with an elevation of 6,189 meters. Dingboche is and the place of the people resting and acclimating before heading for EBC and island peak climbing. Today we hike either to Chhukung valley or hike to 

    • Day 08:Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910 – 4/5 Hours) Overnight at loca tea house

      Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910 – 4/5 Hours) Overnight at local tea house: Trekking Lobuche is being closer of Mt Everest. Dingboche to Lobuche trek has points which are mesmerizing views of nature’s beauty. Step uphill trek from the Thukla to memorial park, is the most difficult part in whole EBC trek. In this way most of the trekkers ignore and forget about this short tough walking distance, difficulty with this mesmerizing view. Thukla falls on the trek to Lobuche and is a climber’s memorial park stop. You can find memory walls for the people who never climbed back from the highest peak Mount. From Lobuche village, you can see the whole Khumbu glacier also and trekking path of Kongma La pass. .  

    • Day 09:Trek Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,360m) and back to Gorakhshep (5,180m) 7/8 Hours for overnight in local tea house

      Trek Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,360m) and back to Gorakhshep (5,180m) 7/8 Hours for overnight in local tea house. Lobuche to Gorakhshep (the last point of accommodation during Everest Base Camp trekking) it is just couple of hours. There is good accommodation here but the altitude makes life uncomfortable. Leave you bags in Gorakhshep and continue trekking to Everest Base Camp. The trek path to EBC can be misleading; hence it is important that we follow our lead Sherpa diligently. The walk is strenuous due to thin air in the high altitude. We pass through rocky dunes, moraine and streams before reaching the Everest Base Camp. Trek back to Gorakhshep for overnight.

    • Day 10:Climb Kalapathar at early morning (5,545m – 2/3 Hours) and trek back to Pheriche (4,210) via Gorakhshep (5 Hours). Overnight at comfortable tea house

      Climb Kalapathar at early morning (5,545m – 2/3 Hours) and trek back to Pheriche (4,210) via Gorakhshep (5 Hours). Overnight at comfortable tea house. Prepare very early in the morning to climb Kalapathar. Kala Patthar is very popular with trekkers in the region of Mount Everest since it provides the most accessible close up view of Everest with best sunrise view. Beside Mt Everest, Mt Pumori, Lhotse, Nuptse ND Many more. The full ascent of Kalapathar usually takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. Down to Gorakhshep for breakfast then start to head down to Lobuche, down again to Thugla and then the final walk down the valley to our lodge for the night at Pheriche.

    • Day 11:Trek back to Namche (6/7 Hours). Overnight at comfortable tea house

      Trek back to Namche (6/7 Hours). Overnight at comfortable tea house. From Pheriche, it is the same way back trekking up to Namche crossing Tengboche village and Dawa Choling Monastery. Some of the parts will give you toughest challenges as a trekker and at the same time some of the phases will give you a chance to some of the most scenic mountain natural beauty. Trekking trail today is with dense forests and plenty of greenery too. You can enjoy Namche with real coffee and other drinks. After high altitude walk, you will feel comfortable Namche than before after having nice bath.

    • Day 12:Trek back to Lukla (7 Hours) and overnight at comfortable tea house

      Trek back to Lukla (7 Hours) and overnight at comfortable tea house. Last day of trekking with lots of memories of High Himalaya, climb best view points and reached at base camp of world highest peak Mt Everest. We head down past the villages of Monjo, Phakding, and numerous others dotting the hillsides and valleys of the lower Himalaya to reach Lukla. It will put a huge effect on your knees while trekking down and it is long way to walk about 7 hours. You feel different staying in Lukla overnight and wait next morning to fly back Kathmandu.  

    • Day 13:Fly back to Kathmandu at early morning and free time. Overnight at Hotel

      Fly back to Kathmandu at early morning and free time. Overnight at Hotel. Fly again with tiny aircraft 35 minutes flight reach at Kathmandu again. Airport to your Hotel in city is just about 20 minutes. Completely free time. You can use your free time in shopping, relaxing in hotel or spend relax time in therapy for trekkers message.  

    • Day 14:Departure

      Day of departure. we drop you to international airport before 3 hurs from the flight time

    Useful Information

    14 Days Everest Base Camp is tight schedule without an extra day in Kathmandu. Lukla flight have chance of delay or even cancel the day you fly due to weather. It is better to keep in save side having one more day in Kathmandu as backup. It is better to have one more day after your trip in Kathmandu. Fly back on the same day and on same time, you will have another day to explore Kathmandu before departure to home.

    Make EBC trekking in 12 days, which is flying back to Lukla by Helicopter once you finish trekking to Everest Base Camp and climb Kalapahar, which is on day 10. Chartered Helicopter flight from Gorakhshep to Lukla and regular flight back to Kathmandu.

    Everest Base Camp trek with luxury accommodation: Most of the overnight in Everest region is possible with luxury stay. Instead of tea houses, we can provide you luxury lodge to stay overnight. Lukla, Namche, Phakding, Dibuche (Instead of Tengboche) has got luxury accommodation which is totally for 6 nights. Rest of 5 nights’ accommodation are best available.

    Only 15 kilogram your bag to fly Lukla: Lukla flight only allow to put 10 kilogram of your big bag and another 5 kilogram in your hand bag. You have to pack your bags accordingly. Since Lukla flight is with tiny aircraft and have to fly in high altitude, extra luggage even with extra paying is not possible always.

    You need warm sleeping bag for EBC trek. You also can take in hire or buy it in Kathmandu or take with us and return it after trekking. High altitude EBC region will be coldest night and you will need your sleeping bag and put blanket after it.  

    Down Jacket
    You need warm down jacket for trekking Everest Base Camp. You do not need to bring down jacket from your own country. Good down jacket is available in Kathmandu with reasonable cost or you also can take it in hire.  

    Shoes and sandal
    You need good trekking shoes. You also need another warm and light shoe for using in morning and evening time while you are at lodge.

This duffel bag is to handover porter to carry. Another small bag is your hand bag back carry to put whatever goods you need during your day.
