Terrific services, from the beginning to the end. I traveled with an elderly in wheelchair and a child. The entire experience was immensely satisfying. Everything went smoothly. The main guide (Rabin) and the drivers (Krishna and Ram) are experts in their respective fields. This company, Nepal Highland Treks, is extremely highly recommended.

Our tour operator, Hemantji, was very approachable and service-oriented, our questions were answered quickly during preparation and during the trip. The hotels were generally in good condition. We knew in advance that we would have long travel times, to get to Mt Kailash as quickly as possible. However, it was taken into account that we could get used to the altitude and acclimatize. We stopped for various sights along the way. Depending on your stomach, it is wise to have snacks with you, because of the travel times. And if you have a sensitive stomach, noodles are not an unnecessary luxury. Fortunately, our guide had helpers, who also cooked Indian food for us. Please note that the accommodation at Mt Kailash is very primitive. It's a trip you will never forget, it's a shame it's so far away otherwise I would have done it again. We are group of 9 people most of us are physicians travelled to Kailash. Hemanta at Nepal Highland Treks is absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have find a better company or travel agent. We planned the trip for almost 6 months. Hemanta provided us with lot of information so that we got plan our trip confidently. Hementa was honest and provided the correct information particularly when there was uncertainty from Tibet Travel board and Chinese visa as the trip opened for the first time after the pandemic. We were provided with the best best tour guides (Dil from Nepal, Hari our cook and Sonam our Tibet tour guide). They were the best. One of our team member got altitude sickness and the Hemnata and his team acted swiftly to bring that member back to Kathmandu very quickly. We had excellent trip. Hemanta was very meticulous and made sure we didn't have even minor issues during our trip. He provided us with excellent hospitality. I would highly recommend this company and Hemanta for their world class service, honesty and personal touch.
