Flexibility was key for me as I kept changing my itinerary while hiking. I was provided full flexibility and the tour was adjusted accordingly. I was also able to contact the office as and when needed. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Recently, we made a Upper Mustang tour with them. Their service was excellent. First of all, our guide Sarjan as well as the agency boss Hemanta, they are both generous and friendly people who were happy to cooperate with. Despite of adverse weather conditions they both made anything possible to manage the situation and at the end we succeeded getting as close to the original tour goals as possible. There was no one wish left open and it was never a problem to adjust the plan according to our wishes and needs. We were actually a group of photographers and without our guide it would not have been possible to arrange some of the shootings with local people, especially in the Mustang region.

They arrange for us trip to Upper Mustang. Four day was heavy rain, rivers are overflowed, landslips on road, Upper Mustang was not accessible by car. They arrange for us helicopter from Pokhara. Was not easy, only two fly in day was possible, many people wait. Guide Sarjan was very friendly and he was perfect organizer. He perfectly arrange for us photographing monks in monastery.

Great attention to planning and all bookings and arrangements. We were a group of 19 and we received excellent care, food and accomodation. In addition, the trekking guides Gyanendra and Ganesh were very knowledgeable about weather, acclimitization, etc and made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and safe. Couldn;t have asked for a better tour operator.

If you are checking reviews to choose the right company to achieve your EBC goal, look no further. Nepal Highland Treks helped me achieve my goal to complete EBC with 18 of my other friends. We were a group from US, Singapore and Malaysia; from Age 16 to 60 and they made sure each one of us go to EBC and back safely and with a ton of fun. Special thanks to Hemantha, Gyanendra and Ganesh. From pick up of the airport to achieving 5400m and back to Kathmandu, they didn’t leave any stone unturned to make this dream come true.
Each day we were given our options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in advance. They made sure each of us ate healthy and was ready for the next day. The porters provided were very helpful and walked besides you all day to support you when in need. The lodges and hotels were the best the stop could provide. Most days we got hot water to bathe and heated blankets to sleep.
I give them 5 star rating and will do EBC again only with this company.

Highly recommend Nepal highland treks. They provided great service and our Everest base camp trek was completed on schedule safely without any issues.
